the unavailability of any jailbreak after iOS 9.1 released to the public, quite a lot of rumors and speculations along with exciting announcements have happened in the iOS jailbreak community. After the much-needed Pangu 9 jailbreak was broken by Apple, not much has happened in the jailbreak scenario and we are still to hear anything about the next jailbreak. However, we did get some hints from the previous developments, and we know that an iOS 9.2 jailbreak might be in the making.

For those who don’t know, quite a lot of weeks have passed after 3K Assistant, TaiG’s jailbreak partner, has stirred a lot of excitement in the jailbreak community by announcing that they had found an iOS 9.2 jailbreak. 3K had posted that after many days of efforts, they had finally jailbroken iOS 9.2 and it would be released for the public soon. Of course, 3K soon changed the post in a couple of days and modified it to say that they hadn’t yet found a jailbreak. This came as a big disappointment, but we have got a good news to cheer you up. 25PP, the jailbreak partner of the popular Team Pangu, has hinted towards the possible release of an iOS 9.2 jailbreak.
As we said, this is just a hint and it is possible that 25PP meant an entirely different thing. So make sure you keep your curiosity open while taking this news with a pinch of salt. 25PP posted a new report about the iOS 9.2 battery status glitch, and at the end of the report, they said:
Now this is something that will obviously capture our attention and will lead to everybody gossiping about the upcoming jailbreak. This statement made by 25PP suggests that iOS 9.2 has been jailbroken, but it is not being released as iOS 9.2 bugs are causing it to be unstable.
It is also possible that we are misinterpreting 25PP’s words, and this statement might just be an excuse to cover up Pangu’s or any other team’s inability to find an iOS 9.2 jailbreak. In a new report that followed two days after the previous one, 25PP said:
Now this is something logical and worth believing. Just like iOS 8.4.1 patched iOS 8.4 jailbreak exploits and left us waiting for the iOS 9 jailbreak, it is highly possible that Apple might have found the iOS 9.2 exploits and patched them in iOS 9.2.1. If that is true, then we should move on and wait for an iOS 9.3 jailbreak. But till then, if you are on iOS 9.2, it would be better to stay on it and wait for a possible iOS 9.2 jailbreak.
