So let’s not waste and further time and dive into the full details of the new iPad Pro.
iPad Pro Features and Specifications :
Perhaps the biggest USP of the new iPad Pro is the larger and the utmost beautiful 12.9-inch Retina display. With a resolution of 2732 x 2048 pixels, the screen looks stunning and sheerly brilliant. The display also gets a variable refresh rate feature, which automatically comes into action when needed. This feature is the first in an iPad.
A modern iPad is incomplete without the best and the fastest Apple-made processor till date. Keeping this in mind, the iPad Pro hides the latest A9X processor under its hood, which is way more powerful than the A9 chip used in the iPhone 6s and 6s Plus. The A9X processor coupled with 2 GB of RAM provides tremendous raw power to the iPad Pro, which will deliver stunning results no matter how heavy a task is thrown at it.
After the display and the processor, the next best plus point of the iPad Pro is that it will be shipping with iOS 9, which will be the most awesome iOS firmware till date. iOS 9 will provide fresh features to the iPad, such as the Picture-in-Picture, Slide Over, and SplitView modes. There will also be an exclusive iPad Pro feature that will allow users to run iOS apps side-by-side in full-view, courtesy of the larger and brighter display.
If you are among those iPad users who do use the camera a lot, then the iPad Pro will surely not disappoint you. The latest Apple slate is armed with an 8 MP rear shooter and a 5 MP front FaceTime HD camera.
The bigger screen of the iPad Pro will make watching movies and playing games even better, but what is needed here necessarily is good sound output. Thankfully, the iPad Pro carries the most powerful sound found on any iPad till date, thanks to the 4 stereo speakers installed in the device.
Battery Life :
The lithium-ion battery inside the iPad Pro is expected to do its job really well. However, there has been no major power bump in the battery life and the iPad Pro will last up to 10 hours under perfect conditions, which is plenty for making use of the great iOS 9 features on the greatest iPad yet.
Color Schemes :
Looks like Apple does not want to experiment with the colors and will rather play it safe. So there has been no new introduction in the iPad color scheme and Apple will stick to the Gold, Silver, and Space Gray options for the iPad Pro.
The iPad Pro’s display has been tweaked slightly to work perfectly with Apple’s first and its own optical pressure-sensitive stylus, the Apple Pencil. Graphics enthusiasts, artists, students, and working people will find the Apple Pencil to be of great use for designing, presentations, creativity, etc. The Pencil is to be charged by the iPad Pro via the Lightning port. The Apple Pencil sells separately for $99.
Then there is also the new Smart Keyboard, which has been designed to be attached to the iPad Pro perfectly with the built-in Smart Connector of the tablet, which provides power and data to the keyboard. The Smart Keyboard will be sold at a price tag of $169. There will also be a new range of improve Smart Cases and Covers for the iPad Pro.
The pricing structure is Apple typical, with the cheapest iPad Pro 32GB Wi-Fi model being priced at $799. The 128GB Wi-Fi model will come at $949 while the 128GB iPad Pro with Wi-Fi + Cellular will cost $1079.
Release Date :
iPad Pro is being mass produced currently and shipping will begin only in November, though there has been no word about the pre-orders date. The iPad Pro will reach in time for the holiday season, so we expect Apple to open up the pre-order soon. Are you looking forward to the new features ? Do you think a large iPad is a good idea ?
